White Shoulders Farmstead (Shannon & Randy) I have always had some sort of livestock. If I don't know something, I research until I do. On our farmstead, we raise Boer goats for meat market and show, chickens were state tested up to 2022, at which time I stopped due to my workload. I like to raise a pig for meat every year (but recently found a cheaper way). I try to grow food, but I'm not always successful with greenery. Starting this channel was my husband's idea. He thought I should share my knowledge and my days with the animals on our small 3-acre farm in NW Missouri. There is always something to be done, something to be built or reconfigured, come join us on our journey into the uncertain future we live. I have a very tight schedule these days working nights, , so I have decided to cut way back on my video making, as well as livestock, I do apologize, I will still answer any emails with questions you may have.
