I’m Peter Jones, a UK property investor, author and ex-Chartered Surveyor. I’ve been involved in property for more years than I usually care to count, including building and managing my own buy-to-let portfolio, renovating well over 150 properties, writing property books and teaching investors how to think more clearly about what they’re doing. On this channel I talk about practical UK property investing, buy-to-let, renovation, finance, portfolio strategy, tenant demand, risk, and the details that often catch investors out when theory meets real life. I’m not interested in property hype, miracle strategies or pretending it’s all easy. It isn’t. But done carefully, with proper numbers and a clear reason for buying, property can still be a useful way to build income and wealth over time.
