Rowes Rising

Everyday we keep rising!! I'm Katie, a veterans wife, mom to 5, and birth Doula. Grew up on the east coast, but now living my dream life in the PNW. I enjoy homesteading, prepping, cooking, and canning! I love delicious food, adventure, and exercise. I used to race in motocross and work in excavation operating heavy equipment. I can run a Dozer and a dump truck! I became a wife and mom, and the rest is history! Now I support families during their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as a doula. 2026 is all about new beginnings! After 2 decades of chronic back pain, I had spine surgery in August 2025 and it CHANGED MY LIFE! I got my life back, and I’m ready to get fit for adventure with my family of 7 in the PNW!
