May 2019: I am a 5'2" 48 year old yo yo dieting woman. My start weight is 235.4 lbs. It just seems to be getting harder and harder to lose weight and keep it off. I was always fit. Never over 130 until I got to the age of 35 or so. Thats when my career geared up and moved me into a more stressful life with long hours plus travel. My exercise slowed down and my bad eating habits ramped up. I have lost weight and gained it back over and over in the past decade but never really reached healthy bmi in that time. My son told me about OMAD and I started looking into it a bit but really couldn't find any results for woman my age or older. So, I decided to dedicate myself to this diet for at least 30 days. Im hoping to stick with it... God Help ME! I am going to be completely honest with you so that you can determine if this is something for you. Wish me luck!
UPDATE: I am down have stuck to OMAD and it is now my lifestyle!
