Hi, my name is Gary.   I am a hobbyist traditional shaver and photographer.   I started my photography hobby when I was a teenager and would not call myself a professional by any means.  I do however own and use multiple cameras for varying  topics of photography ie street, travel and landscape. This channel, however,  is going to be focused on traditional (DE) shaving.  I have been DE shaving for 6 to 7 years at the point of launch (Jan 2020) and have dabbled with shavette and straight razor shaving along the way.  Initially this channel will go through the razors and soaps I started with, through to the last shaving hardware purchased. I will also discuss my experiences whilst learning to shave and give hints and pointers on how to achieve the best shave results.  Shaving with a DE razor is a learning curve and you will need patience from the outset, however after a month or two, you should have learned the basics.
