Hey Everyone this is Bhaskar Shah an Indian Powerlifting Athlete, I've been doing powerlifting for more than a decade now and I'm here to share all the knowledge I've gained throughout the journey, so stay tuned for some legit knowledge about powerlifting and fitness.
